On April 13 Guelph native Jesse Mellott passed away in Ottawa from complications due to diabetes. He was 45.
After gaining degrees from Laurier, Waterloo and Ottawa universities Jesse went to work for the Department of National Defence in Ottawa.
He his survived by his parents Billie and Larry Mellott, brother Nathan, sister Kelly Campbell and husband Kevan, nephews Orion and Arthur, niece Tatum and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins from the Mellott, Douglas and Heibein families.
Cremation will occur in Ottawa. Donations, on his behalf, to Diabetes Canada would be gratefully appreciated.
