Passed away peacefully at Hospice Huronia – Tomkins House on April 13, 2026 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Liisa. Predeceased by son John and parents Alphie and Dorothy Arsenault. Predeceased by siblings Guillaume (Willie), Andrew, Eddie, Ulderic, Cyril, George, Philip, John, Victor, Betty, Madeleine, Anne Marie, and Anita. Uncle Freddie is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Freddie was a very kind man who loved feeding birds, gardening, loved animals, and loved all kinds of music.
As per Freddie’s request, there will be no service. A burial will take place at a later date.
The family would like to thank Tomkins House Hospice for the excellent care they provided for Freddie during his stay. Extra thanks to Marina for all the care and support she provided for Freddie.
